Tobacco is a plant which is used to make nicotine and pan masala. It consists of 7000 chemicals which can lead to cancerous. Earlier advertisements of tobacco were shown in television. But later government introduced the ban on advertisements of tobacco. Several advertisements are used for tobacco cancer. Sunita Tomar had suffered from lung cancer where she had surgery and had lost her life in cancer. Cigar and cigarette are considered as tobacco.
Even pan and pan masala such as Rajnigandha, Vimala and Pan Parag are considered as a tobacco. Tobacco is consumed in chewing form or smoking. Person who is smoking passively smoke enters his or her mouth and person can become cancer patient. Nowadays teenagers are more prone to smoking. They mix tobacco with marijuana and brown sugar drug and smoke it. Teenagers who have asthma and bronchitis smoke tobacco their lungs will get affected.

- Central Nervous Systems: – Central nervous systems of the smokers can be affected. It can change the mood of the person. The person may feel stress free during work but central nervous system gets affected. It affects the mind and cognitive development of the people. It can also lead to neurodegenerative diseases.
- Addiction: – Tobacco can be very addictive to the person. Person might think it is very enjoying. But when the person continues smoking, he, or she becomes addictive and feels difficult to quit it.
- Tobacco affects lung and can also lead to lung cancer. People who smoke regularly can become the victim of lung cancer.
- COPD can get affected due to the consumption of tobacco. Lungs can get affected and people can have a breathing trouble.
- Smoking can affect the vision of the people and can see anything blurry. Most of the people at old age loose their vision mostly due to smoking.
- Smokers are much more prone to Type 2 Diabetes. Type 2 diabetes occurs mostly in the person who smoke than nonsmokers. Type 2 Diabetes for smokers cannot be managed by taking insulin doses.
- Smoking can affect the pregnancy of the woman. Pregnancy woman can suffer from a miscarriage or if she gives birth to a child the child can be born as disabled.

People are aware that when they smoke cigarettes or consume smokeless tobacco, they find difficult to quit that. It is considered as the main cause of death, illness, and improvement. Most of the people lose their lives due to smoking. People who are not smoking can suffer from cancer by standing in front of the smoking person. People who smoke are much more prone to hypertension where they must consume proper medicines of hypertension.

- Anti tobacco laws and regulations should be seen thoroughly.
- Smoke free areas should be set up in schools, universities, public spaces, and offices.
- Regular media initiatives should be educated to the masses of people so that they can become aware of tobacco.
- In hospitals and clinics there should be a special unit for the people who want to quit smoking.
- Taxes of the tobacco should be expensive so that it should not be available to the the masses of people.
- Adolescence should be taught about the side effects of the tobacco and passive hand smoking.
- Most of the people smoke due to their friends tell them to smoke so they should make friends with the people who are nonsmokers.
- People whose friends are smokers must not allow their friends to smoke.
- People who are stressed out can get engage in physical activities rather than smoking.
- People who are in urge of smoking can consume cardamom and cinnamon in mouth so that they can limit the consumption of cigarettes.
- Many people consume nicotex pills which helps them to stop smoking.
- People should try not to smoke one day and smoke on next day this will help in reducing the consumption of smoking.
