Green chili – 1-2
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Cream – ½ cup
Butter – 2 tablespoons

Red chili powder – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Dried fenugreek leaves – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 3-4 teaspoons (according to taste)
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
3. Method of making Paneer Butter Masala
Wash tomatoes, green chili and ginger. Chop tomatoes and green chillies roughly, peel ginger and chop it roughly. Put all these things in a mixer jar and grind them finely.
Put 1 spoon of butter in a pan and keep it for heating. When the butter melts, add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and fry it lightly. Also add tomato-green chilli-ginger paste, red chilli powder and dried fenugreek leaves.

For kneading dough:
Wheat flour – 400 grams (4 cups)
Oil – 1 tablespoon
For stuffing:
Potatoes – 400 grams
Coriander powder – one teaspoon
Red chili powder – one-fourth teaspoon
Garam masala – one-fourth teaspoon
Dry mango powder – one-fourth teaspoon
Green chili – 2
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Coriander leaves – 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped
Salt – according to taste (one teaspoon)
Refined oil or Desi ghee – for applying on paratha
Method of making Aloo Paratha
First of all, boil the potatoes.
